- What is Raw Honey? Raw honey is honey that has not been heated above 36 degrees centigrade or blended with lower quality honeys or sweeteners, raw honey is as it was when it was harvested from the bee hives, with all the health and taste benefits preserved, just as the bees intended.
Our Acacia raw honey is sourced directly from the beekeepers, the apiaries are located in ecologically clean regions of Bulgaria, from the plains of the Danube to the foothills of the Balkan Mountains where the Acacia flower blossoms in May every year. The raw honey once it has been extracted from the honeycomb, it is filtered for bee pollen and wax, and is then placed and sealed in our honey jars, there is no processing or blending of the honey.
